Anna Romashova

Anna Romashova is the Director of Community Relations at American Prime Healthcare. With more than 12 years of experience in senior care and healthcare services, she brings a unique combination of hands-on caregiving experience, operational knowledge, and community relations expertise.

Anna began her healthcare career after moving to the United States in 2014, working as a caregiver in a Board and Care home. This experience gave her a deep understanding of the importance of compassionate, personalized care and continues to shape her approach to patients and families today.

She later worked as a pharmacy courier, delivering medications to Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living communities, and Board and Care homes. This role gave her valuable insight into different senior living environments and the collaboration required among facilities, pharmacies, care teams, and families.

In 2023, Anna transitioned into Home Health intake, coordinating services for patients, families, physicians, hospitals, and referral partners. Her communication skills and ability to build trusted relationships led her to advance into Community Relations for Home Health and Hospice.

Today, Anna works closely with patients, families, healthcare professionals, hospitals, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living communities, Memory Care communities, and Board and Care homes. She remains personally involved in helping families understand their options, access appropriate services, and feel supported throughout the process.

Anna holds a university degree in Journalism, which strengthened her ability to listen carefully, communicate clearly, and explain complex information in an understandable and compassionate way. She is fluent in Russian and has extensive experience assisting Russian-speaking patients and families.
