Biography

Ed Bronder is a senior healthcare executive with more than 35 years of leadership experience spanning hospice and home health, medical technology, diagnostic imaging, radiation oncology, women's health, telemedicine, healthcare consulting, financial planning, strategic business development, sales leadership, human resources oversight, physician relations, and organizational growth.

Most recently, Ed served as Chief Financial Officer and Director of Marketing for Amari Home Health and Hospice, where he provided executive leadership across financial planning, human resources, marketing, business development, healthcare relationships, and organizational growth. During his tenure from 2019 through 2026, the organization's combined home health and hospice census grew from approximately 20 patients to approximately 250 patients.

Ed's leadership philosophy is grounded in a simple principle: excellent patient care must come first. He believes sustainable healthcare organizations are built by earning the trust of patients and families, healthcare professionals, employees, referral partners, and the communities they serve. Financial responsibility and organizational growth are important, but they should support—not compromise—the quality and dignity of patient care.

Throughout his career, Ed has developed healthcare markets, built professional referral relationships, created business and financial strategies, led multidisciplinary teams, and supported organizational expansion. His career in medical technology includes more than $100 million in documented sales, with significant experience in diagnostic imaging, PET, radiation oncology, linear accelerators, Gamma Knife technology, and other advanced healthcare technologies.

As Founder and Principal Consultant of Dynamic Consultant Services, Ed has provided strategic consulting to healthcare organizations in medical technology, oncology, diagnostic imaging, telemedicine, physician engagement, market development, healthcare acquisitions, and business development.

His earlier healthcare leadership roles included positions with Elekta, Philips Medical Systems, ADAC Laboratories, OptiMed Technologies, Toshiba America Medical Systems, Technicare Corporation, and General Electric Medical Systems. These positions provided extensive experience in healthcare operations, sales leadership, technology, market development, and relationships with physicians and healthcare organizations.

Ed also served approximately 11 years in the United States Navy, attaining the rank of E-7, Chief Petty Officer. His military assignments included Flight Engineer, Avionics Specialist, Tactical Computer Systems Specialist, Technical Instructor, Admiral's Aide, and Maintenance Supervisor. He completed approximately 42 weeks of formal military leadership training and served two tours in Southeast Asia.

Ed believes hospice care represents one of the most important responsibilities in healthcare: helping patients and families navigate some of life's most difficult moments with dignity, compassion, respect, and support.
